Since 2008 Superb Health Milwaukee has been owned and operated by Nick Lynch and his wife, Natalie Lynch. Nick begain his career as a trainer in 2001. Natalie joined him in 2014.

We teach basic human movement patterns that we like to call functional movement. We've researched how the best of the best move and simplified it for your enjoyment. With these functional movement patterns one can safely enjoy lifting heavy, running long, sprinting fast, climbing high and thriving within your own physical capabilities.
We teach mindfulness training to suit your lifestyle. Our methods are not our own, they've been passed down from 1,000's of others that have mastered the art of mindfulness and enjoyed a life overflowing with success and happiness.
