My approach -
I believe in training smart! Your body has all the answers, together we learn the languare your body speaks and how to use the
answers to guide you through your process. We use this language to create goals from a place of acceptance of self and therefore love and support. When you’re in this place of acceptance, you're in a place of support. When you have support you have love. When you have love you have trust. When you trust yourself you take risks. Trust is the safety net we need to move forward into our goals. My technique -
Breathwork + mindfulness + emotional intlligene = physical strength. It’s not enough to put on the war paint and grind out some reps until the point of exhaustion. Learning to breathe mindfully allows you to clear your mind and think clear. When you can think clear, you can thrive on the front lines of stress and therefore continue to navigate with ease through your process. Less set backs and more progress. My training methods -
Breathwork - various techniques for mindfulness, cold water exposure, recovery, stress and focus. Mindfulness - various meditation techniques customized for your lifestyle. Emotional intelligence - accountability with what you want and what you do and why. Physical intelligence - strength training custom for your bodies specific needs. Program design custom for you and your needs. Personalized experience - I only offer 1:1 and partner sessions. This means you have my full attention to detail and therefore more progress.
