We received word that Sweet Wellness has been named Best of Westminster for the fourth consecutive year — and I’m overflowing with gratitude. 💛

To the amazing town of Westminster: thank you for welcoming me, holding me, and allowing my work to grow roots and wings here. Since the move and rebrand from Denver four years ago, this community has given me so much more than a place to practice — it’s given me a home, a purpose, and a space to serve and thrive.
