Muscle Dynamics is an exercise experience that focuses on improving muscle contractile ability. From a muscular perspective, what makes what us different than other modalities is we look for the root cause of the problem. The purpose is to identify which muscles are weak through specific muscle tests, which tell us if a muscle is strong or weak. If a muscle is weak, we have to strategically stimul

ate the muscle so that it can contract better and have the ability to handle more stress. Once the muscle is stronger, then, by trial and error we can see what the tolerance is of the muscle group we are focusing on. In other words, will the muscle still test strong after stressing it through exercise? The end result is custom exercise so you your muscles work more effectively.
