What do you do that is a contribution to other's wellbeing?? Feel free to let us know in the comments bellow!....
The answer to this question is one of the keys to having a life with meaning, purpose, and abundance, as well as overcoming depression. And the more time you dedicate to it, the more you can discover about yourself, the way you see yourself and the way others see you. Also about your strengths and your insecurities if you find it difficult to accept your potential (the other side of the same coin).
And if you still don't know what it could be, it's never too late to investigate. Maybe you haven't tried enough topics to know what you're passionate about, or maybe there are many things but you feel that you don't do them well enough, I want to remind you that no one is born an expert and that probably what may seem like a small contribution to you can make a big difference to others.
We are all apprentices, imperfect, with more or less skills and more or less experience, and the more dedication you put into what you like and that contributes, the more security and self-confidence you will feel, consequently increasing the chances of success in what you do.
This photo is from an event I organized thinking about starting a community of people who are already immersed in the wellness field. For my surprise, most of us were originally from a different country and already work in many different topics: psychology, coaching, music, therapists, chiropractors, nutritionists, etc... And the most important thing I observed was the desire to keep learning and adding value to others while also getting our needs met.
And what I enjoy doing the most is helping people who like to go deep (probably like you as you're still reading this!) to feel better about themselves and others, and release stuck emotions on time 💖
I'll respond with more details in a comment, and I'd love to hear your respond there too! 🙌✨
