Dr. Jazz at Chiropractic Rehabilitation Center Dr. Jazz moved to AZ to begin her chiropractic career with multi-disciplinary offices. CRC has been growing and building since Feb of 2011.

There she treats numerous patients with a primary emphasis in personal injury and treatment of acute injuries. It’s important to have a physical exam immediately following any accident, regardless of how minor the accident was or the level of pain you are experiencing. Severe injuries can, and often do, result from relatively low impact force. Although many injuries caused by auto accidents are obvious right away, many are not. The body produces endorphins when it experiences exhilaration brought on by pain, danger, or other forms of stress. The endorphins act as pain killers and mask the pain you may be experiencing. The most common injuries experienced in auto accidents are sprains, strains and whiplash, also known as “soft tissue injuries”. These soft tissue injuries often cause neck pain, shoulder and/or back pain, headaches, dizziness, burning or prickling sensations, numbness, irritability, disturbed sleep, fatigue and depression. Some of these symptoms may be present immediately following an accident while others may go unnoticed for days or even weeks. Chiropractic Rehabilitation Center is seeking a bi-lingual Administrative Assistant to join our Admin team!

We provide compassionate and quality health care to individuals involved in a motor vehicle accident. This individual must be able to successfully multi-task, be personable, energetic, have a positive attitude, and be a dependable team player.

Friendly and outgoing personalities is also an absolute MUST!

Duties include but are not limited to answering phones, scanning, uploading and emailing patient files, expediting faxes, ordering supplies, lien release templates, checking patient lists and other administrative duties.
Requirements:

- Excellent customer service skills

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work effectively as a team player

- Reliable transportation

- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish
