Dr. Krissy isn’t just an exceptional nurse practitioner; she’s at the heart of what we do. Her role as Chief Clinical Officer has positively influenced our stellar Provider team.
For 14 years, she has shown up for our patients with compassion, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to healing. She treats every patient like family, taking the time to listen, to educate, and to provide the very best care possible.
But Krissy’s impact goes far beyond her clinical skills. She’s a natural teacher who lifts up everyone around her, always willing to share her knowledge and help her colleagues grow. She makes our team better simply by being part of it.

Understanding Pressure Ulcers
Pressure ulcers (bedsores) develop when prolonged pressure reduces blood flow to the skin. They commonly occur on heels, hips, tailbone, and other bony areas in people with limited mobility.
Warning Signs‼️
Skin discoloration that doesn’t fade, changes in texture, pain, tenderness, or open sores.
Prevention Tips:
Change positions every 2 hours, use pressure-relieving cushions, keep skin clean and dry, and maintain good nutrition.
