I am asking for your help Mending Hearts Family Services carry on their vision and mission to create, repair, and restore relationships.
Mending Hearts is a 501 C 3 and an Arizona Qualified Charitable Organization (QCA Code: 22278). We are a 16-year-old, licensed, faith-based professional counseling facility.
To date in 2025, we have provided 1,033 sessions for children, teens, adults, and families who are struggling with anxiety, depression, su***de ideation, marital conflict, and a variety of other issues.
Immediate ways you can help are:
Micro- Grant from Venture 1 Ministries – In September 2025 Mending Hearts was chosen by a seed donor to participate in a match challenge to raise $2500 in Round One. We achieved that goal, raising $2800. For Round Two we need to raise $5000 by December 3rd. We have raised $2000 thus far. Part of the Round Two challenge is to engage ten new donors. We have six new donors as of November 24th. Help us meet and exceed our goal by December 3rd.
Giving Tuesday – On Tuesday December 2nd we invite you to support the work Mending Hearts Family Services does each day. A Giving Tuesday donation will help support our dreams of an Equine Therapy Program and a Therapeutic School for children who struggle in the regular classroom.
Arizona Tax Credit – Mending Hearts is an Arizona Qualified Charitable Organization (QCO Code: 22278). The 2025 maximum tax credit for individuals is $495; for married filing together is $987. Donations made in 2025 and up through April 15, 2026, can be shown on the 2025 Arizona Tax Return.
To Donate you can go to the Mending Hearts Website: www.mendingheartsfs.org and click on the donate tab. It will take you to the donation screen. Follow the prompts from there. You can also mail a check to the address below or call the number below and we can take your payment over the phone.

Our office will be closed November 27th and 28th for Thanksgiving. We will be open at 9 AM December 1st.
