This gentleman had a septoplasty, turbinate reduction and rhinoplasty ("nose reshaping'). He had a very droopy tip that was obstructing his breathing and a nasal bump. He underwent rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and turbinate reduction. You can see how he no longer has a nasal bump and his tip position is improved. Most importantly the patient is able to breathe normally and is very happy with the natural result!
