The private sessions for manual therapy deliver a holistic approach including soft tissue mobilization (similar to massage), myofascial release techniques, joint mobilization, neuromuscular re-training (the connection between your muscle and brain for efficient coordinated movement), as well as instruction on exercises for mobility, function, and performance enhancement. We also use a treatment technique called visceral and neural mobilization when appropriate. The session are geared not just to make you feel better but actually move and function better for life and prevent further injury.
