The Mental Health Resource Fair will provide mental health awareness and education with interactive resource, including mental health screening, mindfulness meditation, EEG monitoring, biofeedback, mental health checklist, stress management techniques, and trivia games. The annual Mental Health Conferences will provide mental health awareness and education to residents of Maricopa County. Topics include: Compassion Fatigue Prevention, Trauma-Informed Ethics, Emotional Intelligence, etc.
