Are you feeling like your body is way older than your mind?
I know I was feeling like that a couple years back. I had a shoulder injury that was not allowing me to have much freedom. How does a Yoga Teacher injure oneself?
Exactly! Those were the words I would say to myself, as I struggled with the pain. I experienced many different set backs. I really did not know, how to make this go away. After doctor visits, and Physical therapy, the scientific approach. Massages, Reiki, Quantum Touch therapies, the energetic side. Yoga, and dance, I had to modify all my movement. I did, and practiced a lot of patience. Breathing through the hard parts. Moving forward one
day at a time.
Yoga got me through this.
With my daily practice of a bit of Yoga each day. Sometimes only 2 minutes per day, I was able to improve my overall health. My body feels amazing! I just had my 50th birthday in November and my body feels like it did when I was in my 30's.
