Hello, my name is Brittani Lee Brimhall (formerly Toth).
I am writing here because I have been stuck as an admin on this business’s page for FOUR YEARS after leaving West Resthaven Funeral Home and Cemetery. Despite no longer working here, the business never removed my admin permissions—and no one at the funeral home or Dignity Memorial has taken responsibility to resolve this.
Due to outdated two-factor authentication (phone numbers I no longer own and forced WhatsApp security), I am completely unable to remove myself from managing these pages. I am also unable to delete my own Facebook account as long as I am listed as an admin.
This is not just a technical glitch. This is a page for a funeral home and cemetery—a space meant for grieving families to find information and support.
It is irresponsible and negligent for Dignity Memorial to leave former employees tied to these pages, with no way out and no communication or support.
I am publicly asking Dignity Memorial and West Resthaven management to IMMEDIATELY remove my admin access and take full ownership of these pages.
If you are a member of the community, or a family member using this page, please contact Dignity Memorial to demand that they take responsibility.
I do not want to hear excuses or be sent in circles any longer. This must be resolved now—for the sake of both staff and grieving families.
