Over the last 5 years, we have dedicated significant efforts to study the top doctors and systems in the field of wellness. Our system is much more than just an eating plan: we teach dozens of natural ways to strengthen your brain, lose body fat, improve sleep, learn faster, support depression/anxiety, and much more!
For complications, we have specific support protocols that many find helpful (Type 1 Diabetes, Low Thyroid/Hashimoto’s, other autoimmune dx).
Many of you have taken our classes before. At the request of our patients, these classes are now updated and posted online. We have added new bonus class videos as well; so these videos are all conveniently accessible from the comfort of your own home, easy to understand and immediately applicable.
This new system is all about convenience: Choose whatever topic you want, watch it whenever you want, for how long you want, etc. Our wellness Guides, Cookbook, and new Human Design text are now also available online.
