One of the ways we show love at AFK is by creating spaces for connection, collaboration, and care. 💛
We host events for our families so they can come together, share experiences, and feel supported beyond day-to-day services. We partner with special needs advocacy centers and community organizations because navigating care should never feel isolating.
And when medical needs arise, we’re there — helping families understand options, coordinate care, and feel confident they have support behind them.
This work is bigger than one organization.
It’s about community, collaboration, and showing up — together.
