I am sort of “back in the saddle” at the office. Today is Postoperative Day 12 from my second total hip arthroplasty(replacement) surgery. My recovery has been uneventful and rather accelerated. Thanks to so many puzzle pieces supporting me — hormones, peptides, IV nutrition, ongoing gut cleansing/detoxing, physicsl therapy—and of course, to my community of family, friends, and patients helping me “ lift” higher towards optimal wellness.
