I noticed you where in the Spa that day I received that 25% tip …. The client said I was everything, then complained so it’s either management at the front desk or you sent your friend in to make a fake complaint….. I know you didn’t like me when you worked here…….. it’s all good we all have someone higher we have to answer to ….. Ms. K
