But if it happens often, it may be a sign your child needs extra support with balance, coordination, muscle strength, or body awareness.

Sometimes children struggle with:
• Core strength
• Motor planning (knowing how to move their body)
• Posture and stability
• Visual-motor coordination

Early support from therapy can help improve confidence, safety, and participation in play and school activities.

If you’ve been noticing it regularly, it’s always okay to ask questions, early guidance makes a big difference 💚
