It has been a little while since we reached out to your inbox.

Wanted to pop in and say hi!

We have been having a lot of late cancellations and no show appointments lately, and as much as we understand life happens, we have been very relaxed on our policies. As a reminder we require 24 hour notice for any reschedule or cancellation of an appointment. Please keep this in mind moving forward as we will be enforcing our policies. This helps us protect our valuable time and make space for clients wanting to get in!

Happy 1 Year Anniversary to Terri!

Terri joined our team at the end of July last year and we can't believe it has been a whole year with her!! She has made such an impact not only to our office, but for all the clients she touches. We love having her bubbly, light heart around every day!

She has been working hard learning all about Lymphatic Drainage for many months now and is so excited to announce that she is now fully certified and ready to put her new skills to the test!
Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the drainage of lymph nodes and the movement of lymph fluids around the body. Helping to aid in immune support and pain relief. This technique is especially helpful after surgeries or injuries where an excess of blood was sent to an area to help healing, leaving behind excess swelling.
This can also be very beneficial for nursing Mothers, cancer patients, those suffering from Arthritis, fibromyalgia, or any other health conditions that effect blood flow.

Kellyn is not currently accepting new clients for the time being. This includes but is not limited to: any new client to 7th Element, clients that have been into the office previously but never had a session with Kellyn, any client that has not had a session with Kellyn in 2 years or more, and any client that was a regular evening client with Patricia for more than 2 years. She appreciates your understanding and cooperation.

Both Lizzy and Terri would be happy to work on all of you! We know it's never easy having to start with a new therapist but you will be in great hands across the board.
