Never quit!

6 years ago, I thought I was fine. I could just push through, and everything would be fine. I've always been good at taking care of others first.

Your health must come FIRST.

I've been on a health journey for 6 years. There have been major bumps along the way, but I've stayed the course.

We do not get in poor health overnight, and we can't expect to heal overnight. We must stay the course.

There is no magic pill. It is all the things combined. It takes work.

Morning routines set the tone for your day
They help us get focused
Lowers stress
Helps us develop healthy habits

Do I make it every day? Nope. Most days I do. Sometimes, I have to get up 30 minutes earlier than I really want too but its made such a difference in how my day plays out.

Morning and/or evening routines are not meant to stress you out. You don't have to do 8 million things. Start with one: prayer, meditation, journal, get morning sun (Vit D bonus). Routines can be as short or long as you want.

I do a morning routine because I'm a sunrise to sunset girl. At night, my routine is go to bed!

Sugar-free, fat free, diet food, can contain Aspartame
Microwave popcorn - diacetyl
Sucraloce - artificial sweeteners
Red food coloring - run
MSG
HFCS - high fructose corn syrup
Transfat
Herbicides and Pesticides
Baking powder, processed cheese, canned goods - Aluminum
Swordfish, King Mackrel, shark, canned tuna - Mercury

These are all known neurotoxins. They chip away at your central nervous system and can cause memory problems, dementia, and neuropathy, to name a few.

Neurotoxins are a known cause of autoimmune disease.

Ditch the fat free, diet junk. Eat a real piece of dark chocolate. Pop that popcorn in coconut oil on the stove and use real butter.

What can you do?

Genetics - not much. However, it is only about 20% of your risk.

Neurotoxins- Aspartame (diet sodas), diacetyl (microwave popcorn) MSG, Mercury, Aluminum - to name a few. I used to be a Diet Coke ju**ie!

Antibiotics - yes, read your inserts. Try pure natural solutions first. I will use them as a last resort. I am grateful for choice.

Gut Health-clean up your food. Take a pre/pro/post biotic to help balance your gut. Eat full fat Greek yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut and kimchi.

Environmental factors - can't clean it all up, but you can control your home and what you put on your body.

Processed foods - nobody is perfect 100% of the time. Try to eat foods in their natural state as much as possible.

Inflammation-related to all the above!

With 10 autoimmune conditions that are all under control (🙏) I'm passionate about this topic and helping others.

Once you are diagnosed with one autoimmune disease, the cascade effect begins.
