⭐️Rowing Series #4, Rowing from the Chest⭐️: *1 heavy spring, 🔑: Every movement in the arms is generated by the trunk muscles working to create a longer, taller, stronger, and broader spine. The arm movements are a response to the initiation of energy plugging into and from the powerhouse. I tell clients a lot, “Root before you Reach!” and the rowing series is no exception 🤓. Find the two way stretch relationship in any Pilates exercise and you will be well on your way to discovering its essence😌.
