NEVER TURN YOUR BACK on the Ocean...

As we head into the rainy season, King Tides, and giant sneaker waves... please be extra careful when visiting the beach here in Oregon.

Please use extreme caution, keep a safe distance from the surf, avoid climbing on jetties or driftwood, and... never turn your back on the ocean!

Let’s all stay safe, keep our Coastguard and First Responders safe, and respect the power of the ocean. 🙏 🥰 💞

Full Moon Drum Circle
Wednesday November 5th 7-8:30

You’re invited to a Full Supermoon Drum Circle! Join us for an uplifting session that begins with an introduction to drumming and basic rhythms. Our facilitators will then guide us into a creative, rhythmic open play, where everyone is encouraged to participate.
Please bring any drums or percussion instruments you have and a chair/beach chair/stool. If you need an instrument let us know when you RSVP.

Danielle’s yoga class setup looks heavenly! We just started two new class series Danielle’s Gentle/Yin yoga on Thursdays and Pilates Style mat classes with me! (Arielle ) on Wednesdays.

Our group series offer you small class sizes so each student has our full attention in a warm loving atmosphere. Classes build upon each other, which creates the foundation and consistency needed to receive the benefits.
