✨”take your time, there’s no rush. When you are ready, slowly come back to time and space.”
My Reiki clients know that well. I say it to each of them as we draw a close to our healing session.
It is the same sentiment and pace during this energetic wind-down of eclipse energy.
Along with the chaotic twisting of Hurricane Nicole in our energy field, it is quite understandable to feel wonky, drained, upside-down, and uneasy about our wellbeing.
Rest, relax, self-care, hydration, nutrition, meditation… the prescription for you over the next 24-48 hours - longer if you can.
Remember to be easy on yourself. The shifts are normal and understandable. Try to breathe through and into the feelings that arise. Honor and listen to your spirit and body.
