We here at Barefoot Space encourage you, our clients to focus on Body Maintenance. The Concept of Body Maintenance

If you own a car, you know how important it is to take it into the shop for regularly scheduled tune-ups. Without that maintenance, the life of your car is dramatically reduced. Would you skip a tire rotation, never replace the oil or check the breaks? So why wouldn’t you have regular body maintenance for your own personal human-skin vehicle? Humans are always pushing the limits of what their body is capable of accomplishing. They want more, more & more, & they want to do it now. Eventually, you’re going to end up breaking down on the side of the road (I swear that’s the last car analogy). Regularly scheduled body maintenance will allow you to function & recover (as an athlete, sasquatch, & normal human) at a higher level.

Through .space she’s created a vibrant, supportive community, weaving care, curiosity, and a little trouble-making spark into everything she does. And because Dawn never stops learning, she’s become our unofficial “menopause whisperer,” sharing research, resources, and smart tips with our peri-menopausal circle — proof that her love of knowledge always lifts everyone around her.
