Fascia: the ultimate multitasker! It's like the body's IT department, handling pain, energy, and lymph flow. But when it gets all tight and grumpy, everything else suffers.

Healing slows down to a crawl, inflammation throws a party, and even biohacking tools are like "nope, not going there".

But when fascia's happy and hydrated, it's like a domino effect of wellness! Circulation's flowing, lymph's draining, and muscles are like "oh, yeah, I remember how to do this".
