On the most amazingly positive note. My 82 year-old dad got to ring the bell after beating cancer. It’s been about a year of treatments and surgery, and he handled everything with Grace and a bit of rye humor.
I wanna be like him when I grow up. One month after getting his kidney removed he was hanging out with his friends in Rome.

Sexual Arousal Disorders happen to women, too. It is ok to explore treatment options. We should talk about it!!
It shouldn’t take twice as long to get women’s health concerns funded and treatments to market!

Blood Donation saves lives.
3 weeks ago some one very close to me had a birth complication and required blood transfusions. Without them, she would not have done well.
Please consider donating blood this month in her honor. You never know whose life you will save.
Plus, the cookies are guilt free!

It has been tough staying motivated to work out this winter, every day I try to get 20-60 min of movement in. Sometimes it’s a yoga video, but I also PR’d my leg press at the Y.
Walking through the iced over snow is definitely an extra challenge.
But the SUNSHINE made it worthwhile! ❄️🌞☀️
