Nurse Practitioners (NP) are Masters-degree prepared medical providers that focus on disease prevention and wellness through diagnosis, lifestyle modifications, and drug management. In our practice, we give you the opportunity to seize the day (Carpe Diem) by offering you a concierge (at your request) service where you don't have to wait in a doctor's office around other sick individuals. CDCM, LLC is currently serving adults 18 years and older in Anne Arundel County, Montgomery County, and Prince Georges County. Self-pay or insurance options available. We look forward to answering any questions you have, no matter how small. And are more than excited to welcome you into our healthcare family as a client.
