On Thursday evening, Sports Pro Physical Therapy & Aquatic Center attended the Black Business Month Summer Soirée in partnership with the Maryland Black Chamber of Commerce, the Prince George’s County Chamber of Commerce, the Bi-County Business Roundtable, and FSC First. We were one of this year’s Honorees. Thank you Congressman Glenn Ivey for attending & taking time to encourage all small business owners & entrepreneurs.

In 2003, Dr. D. Andrew Clarke had a vision and opened Sports Pro Physical Therapy and Aquatic Center in Upper Marlboro, MD. Andrew is a highly skilled manual therapist and believes that every patient must be touched and given their individual time with their therapist. Over the years, the company has grown to three facilities in Prince George's County and one facility in Anne Arundel County: Bowie, Upper Marlboro, Fort Washington, and Annapolis. Dr. Tamara Johnson joined Sports Pro in 2015 as the owner of the Fort Washington Office.
Our staff has advanced training in dry needling, mobilizations, strain counterstrain techniques, laser therapy, and aquatic therapy. In three of Sports Pro clinics, aquatic therapy is offered with state-of-the-art indoor heated pools which uniquely allows us to perform aquatic therapy and land-based therapy in the same treatment session. We enjoy serving the residents of Prince George's County and assisting them with their rehabilitative needs.
