Kiss of Culture Kiss of Culture was created with an idea to share my love of cultured vegetables in a different way and bring the powerhouse bacterias back to our tables

Born in Japan, I learned the craft of fermenting vegetables from my Japanese Mother, Eiko. At a very young age, I fell in love with her "Japanese Cabbage" and all the other fermented foods of the Japanese Culture. I realized how valuable these veggies were to my health and well-being when I moved away from them and struggled with many digestive issues. Raising four boys on the farm and their total distaste for these amazing food, I felt there was a need to create something that would mainstream these superfoods into peoples lives.
