🌿 Finding Rest in God During Transitions

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28
“Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist.” — Ephesians 6:14a

Transitions can feel uncertain—whether in life, at work, or in our own hearts. Jesus invites us to come to Him and find rest. His truth steadies us, like a belt that holds everything together.

When things are shifting, remember you don’t carry the weight alone. God promises His presence, peace, and strength right in the middle of change.

God invites us to find rest in Him daily.

Truth keeps us grounded when life feels shaky.

Ask for prayer during transitions! God is waiting on us to trust and need him.

Prayer:
Lord, thank You that You welcome us when we are tired and burdened. Help us find rest in You today. Hold us steady with Your truth and give us peace in our transitions. Amen.

God’s Faithfulness in Every Season

"The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." — Lamentations 3:22–23

As summer turns to fall, we’re reminded that seasons change—but God’s love does not. Each day brings fresh mercy and new opportunities to experience His goodness. Just as the earth prepares for harvest, we too can rest in the truth that God is always providing, sustaining, and renewing.

At our clinic, we see many different “seasons” in the lives of our patients—times of sickness and healing, joy and struggle. Through them all, His faithfulness is constant. Let’s take comfort this week in knowing that no matter what season you’re in, God is walking with you.
