Every day brings something new to celebrate, and sometimes our daily chronicles introduce us to holidays we never knew existed! Last week was National Draw a Bird Day, so our concierge Nicole led an impromptu art class where residents sketched birds, shared stories about their favorites, and talked about what makes each one unique. The activity brought plenty of smiles, laughter, and creativity—and made for a fun way to learn something new together!

Keeping our minds sharp is all part of the fun around here! Throughout the week, we enjoy word games like Wheel of Fortune, Chain Reaction, and one of our favorites—Words Within Words (pictured here)! In just 30 minutes, we found over 280 words! It’s a fun way to stay engaged, spark conversation, and keep our minds active! 🧠✨

A beautiful day called for a Lunch Bunch outing! ☀️ We took a trip to Goldie’s for some of the best hamburgers in Tulsa—and it did not disappoint! 🍔 It was a day full of laughter, fun, and fellowship.

Last week we enjoyed another wonderful performance by the Glenpool 6th grade choir! 🎶 After the program, residents and students spent time visiting, sharing stories, and exchanging hugs. The students even brought handmade friendship bracelets for each resident—such a special touch! Intergenerational moments like these are so meaningful, and we are incredibly grateful for our connection with Glenpool Schools. ❤️

We had an eggstra special time hunting for Easter eggs yesterday! 🐣🌷 Our residents got competitive trying to find the most, and the excitement was contagious. Laughter filled the room as everyone searched high and low, determined to claim victory!
It was the perfect mix of fun, friendly competition, and sweet surprises—making memories that are just as special as the treats we found!

We are looking for a PT or FT cook to join our culinary team in Glenpool. We need to add one to the team and it could be as few as 20 hours a week, but as much as 40 hours weekly.

If you have the heart to serve others and basic knowledge of food, we can teach the rest.

Yesterday our staff came together for a little friendly—but very competitive—egg hunt! 🐣😉 The laughter, excitement, and determination made it such a fun time for everyone involved.
As you can tell from the smiles, it was a hit all around! And of course, chocolate and some awesome prizes took the cake!!! Nothing better than a little teamwork, fun, and friendly competition to bring us all together! 💛
