Head pitmaster Brad Mueller and his wife Devonie Mueller compete in sanctioned KCBS and RMBBQA contests. Brad has been a member of KCBS (Kansas City Barbecue Society) for the past 3 years. Brad started judging in KCBS contests in 2015 and then went on to start competing in KCBS contests in 2016. Brad being a veteran of the US Navy and a Police Officer for the past 18 years, our biggest heroes are the veterans and first responders in this great nation, which is why we named our team American Heroes BBQ to pay tribute to veterans and first responders. Keep your eye on us and like our page as we have a new BBQ set up and travel around the US to compete in 2018.
