Update I went to PT yesterday. Got stitches out yeah. Moved pt up to 2 hours 7 days a week on the bike. Boy my ass is going to be sore. 😂PT for this is sugery is 8 months 🤮 I am pain free no meds in over a week &1/2. 😍😍😍😍😍Here is to a new me😍😍😍😍
