Oregon Trail Rural Health Clinic, located in Glenrock, Wyoming, is an extension of Memorial Hospital of Converse County. Direct medical questions to your provider. In addition to healthcare providers, Oregon Trail RHC is also home to Glenrock's Emergency Medical Services, offering Advanced Cardiac Life Support, trauma support and other EMS services. The

clinic is located at 525 E. Birch St. in Glenrock and is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday from 8 a.m. to noon. Call 307-436-8838 to make an appointment.
