Oregon Trail Rural Health Clinic, located in Glenrock, Wyoming, is an extension of Memorial Hospital of Converse County. Direct medical questions to your provider. If you have a medical emergency dial 9-1-1. In addition to healthcare providers, Oregon Trail RHC is also home to Glenrock's Emergency Medical Services, offering Advanced Cardiac Life Support, trauma support and other EMS services. The clinic is located at 525 E. Birch St. in Glenrock and is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday from 8 a.m. to noon. Call 307-436-8838 to make an appointment.

Our Story

Oregon Trail Rural Health Clinic, located in Glenrock, Wyoming, is an extension of Memorial Hospital of Converse County. Located along the original Oregon Trail route, we are honored to provide small town personal medical care while using the latest in medical knowledge and technology.

Our office provider is Temberly Long, DNP. She is a graduate of the University of Wyoming’s Doctoral program for Nurse Practitioners and has a decade of nursing experience to bring to our community. Temberly is a Wyoming native who enjoys spending time with her husband and three children in the beauty of Wyoming’s outdoors.

Two other faces you will meet when you come to our clinic are Jennifer Baker in our front office and our Certified Medical Assistant, Angie Rothleutner. Come by and say hello, there could be a free lollipop in it for you.

We share our building with two other regional companies. The first is Big Country Rehabilitation. They are hear five days a week and provide services for orthopedic injuries and surgeries, chronic pain and joint issues, and a variety of other conditions. Solutions for Life is a counseling and mental health service that works with children, adults, families, grief, addiction, and much more. It is our privilege to have these fine companies working with us to make Glenrock a happier and healthier place.
