ARCC Ambassador Bryan Flowers (Oakwise Soul) met up with the team at PYHIT (Peter Young Housing Industries & Treatment) to present them with a new member plaque. Thank you so much, Bryan!

PYHIT is a nonprofit providing housing, addiction treatment, and supportive services to help individuals achieve stability and Independence. PYHIT and its staff serve the impoverished, the addicted, and the socially disenfranchised in many communities. The goal is to help them enter the world of work and become good citizens who contribute to their community.

Today’s Mindful Outdoor adventures included taking in the sights along the old Glens Falls Beach built into an old quarry at East Field, listening to the songs of two robin parents as they fought against the machinations of a squirrel that wanted in their nest, and hanging out with Crow, Raven, and Rabbit at the community garden in the Sagamore St Park. Grey but still filled with beauty!!!
