A reminder The Yoga Nook is now an online studio. You can access my classes right from your own home. You can also meet up with friends or family and enjoy yoga practice together. Either way, classes are appropriate for all levels. We are an inclusive studio where everyone is welcome.
Owner Ann Davis has been teaching yoga for 24 years to people of all abilities.
