Spring is usually when people become even more aware of how uncomfortable their digestion has been feeling.

The bloating by dinner.
The bathroom urgency.
The constipation that makes day trips stressful.
The food reactions that seem random.

One major missing piece I often see is the gut lining itself.

She used to plan her day around the nearest bathroom

Not because she wanted to. Because she had to.

Before going anywhere, she would think:
- Where is the closest bathroom
- How far is the drive
- What if something happens

She stopped going on long car rides
Avoided certain outings
Even simple things like shopping felt stressful

Until one day, it got bad enough that she had an accident in public.

And that was the moment she knew...something wasn’t right

When she reached out, she had already tried:

• changing her diet
• cutting foods (gluten, dairy etc.)
• taking random supplements

But nothing actually fixed the problem.

And why so many symptoms get missed.

Many people dealing with bloating, IBS, or ongoing digestive issues are told that everything looks “normal.”
