Here’s a little breakdown to help you choose:
🌿 Gentle Yoga – 2:00 PM
Gentle yoga focuses on slow, mindful movement.
You’ll flow through accessible poses, stretch tight muscles, and connect breath with movement.
You’ll leave feeling open, grounded, and gently energized.
🌊 Restorative Yoga – 3:30 PM
Restorative yoga is all about deep rest and nervous system reset.
Fewer poses, fully supported with props, held for longer periods. Minimal effort, maximum relaxation.
You’ll leave feeling calm, centered, and deeply restored.
Both sessions take place inside the serene space of Adirondack Salt Cave and include the added benefits of halotherapy — breathing in pharmaceutical-grade salt to support respiratory health, immune function, and overall wellness. 🌬️✨
