Each Step Counts! Helping children surpass what others said they would never achieve, providing therapy in the Pittsburgh area for over 20 years!

For over 20 years, River Therapies has been a trusted therapy provider in homes, schools, and clinics throughout Allegheny and surrounding counties. We offer free screenings and all-day appointments for clients of all ages, with clinics in Fox Chapel and Cranberry Township. River Pediatric Therapies provides speech, occupational, physical, aqua, and music therapies, Early Intervention, psychological evaluations and services, autism support services, and social groups. River School Therapies offers supplemental services for students in public school districts, from elementary through high school. River Academy of Excellence provides specialized education for grades 1-8, with academic and therapeutic plans customized to each student's unique needs.

We’re so excited to be hosting a Community Food Drive! Till November 21st, 2025, we’ll be collecting food donations to help support local families facing food insecurity.

If you’d like to participate, we’re collecting:

🥫 Canned food
🥣 Dry cereals
🍜 Noodles
🧡 Other non-perishable items

Drop-off Location:

You can bring your items to the front office anytime during the drive. Every little bit helps — together, we can make a big difference in our community!
