Hi everyone! 💛

I wanted to share a few updated guidelines moving forward. These are simply to help keep things running smoothly and fairly for everyone:

• Item Issues: If there’s an issue with an item, please notify me within 3 days of delivery. Photos and video are required so I can properly assess and determine the next steps. Unfortunately, anything reported after the 3-day window cannot be accepted.

• Open Baskets: All items in open baskets must be paid for. Payment plans are available up to $250 only, and a deposit will be required. All payment plans must be completed within 30 days.

• Invoices & Payments: Payments are due within 24 hours unless we’ve discussed otherwise in advance. I currently have quite a few outstanding invoices—PayPal reminders are sent daily, and I will no longer be following up individually. Invoices will be canceled after 48 hours if unpaid.

• Claiming Items: If you’d like to see a video of an item, please request it before claiming. Claims pending videos will no longer be accepted, as many of these have been going unanswered after videos are provided.

I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as these updates are put in place. Thank you all so much for your continued support! 💕
