We get to meet the most extraordinary people … and it’s not lost on us what an honor it is to share time and space with people on their growth journey. Today, one of our new clients showed up for her consultation and to take advantage of our $99 first treatment offer (it’s pretty awesome, so ask us if you haven’t heard about it). Today, I think we got more of a gift from her than we will give her … she shared her story, her heart, her goals, her drive to take care of herself. She also was vulnerable and shared how hard it is, to choose her. To take care of her. To spend time on her. To spend money on her. During our conversation she ended up realizing she will spend time and money on her sweet 4 year old son… on everyone else but her. WOW - anyone else know this story? Anyone else know what it’s like to be last on your list? The list that YOU make? It’s an honor to watch clients start to choose themselves and to empower them to do so and help them identify and remove the blocks that stop them.

It’s such an honor for us to be able to hold space for our clients. In a recent interaction a client shared, “I criticize my body and feel awful about myself or I do something about it and feel guilty for being vain. Either way I set myself up to lose.”

What a profound realization. We can absolutely choose to criticize ourselves and where we are now, then attempt to make change and criticize ourselves for said change. Alternatively, we can choose to have grace and acceptance for where we are now and take action steps with love in our hearts towards our desires.

The number one thing I see my clients struggle with is making their self care non-negotiable. It’s typically the thing that comes last or the- squeeze it in on a 5 min coffee break.

I invite you to learn how to flex the muscle for putting yourself 1st on your calendar. Showing up no matter what, doing something that intrinsically feels good for you.

A lot of people exercise not from an energy of self care but from an energy of lack and scarcity. Learning to put something on your calendar that is simply for you and your well-being is a game changer.

You can take steps from an energy of lack that will drain you and be energy expensive or take the same exact steps with a shift in perspective to self care and be energy EXPANSIVE. Show up to life more relaxed, more present, and more productive.
