Morning after breakfast…

Love me some leftover cranberry sauce! Try this healthy recipe:

3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup cranberry sauce
2 Tbsp granola
1 Tbsp chopped walnuts

350 cals, 21g protein
Plus heart-healthy omega-3’s from the walnuts and the cranberries so good for your kidneys!

Registered dietitians are the only nutrition experts regulated by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and licensed to provide professional nutrition advice. Credentialed with Early Intervention for qualifying children aged 0-3 years old, Betsy is also the mother of two children.
