January is Cervical Cancer Awareness Month 💙
This month, we’re shining a light on the importance of prevention, early detection, and education. Cervical cancer is one of the most preventable cancers thanks to regular screenings and the HPV vaccine.

Let January be a reminder to schedule your Pap test, talk to your healthcare provider, and encourage the women in your life to do the same. Awareness saves lives—together, we can make a difference. 🎗️

Our Behavioral Health team had a great time spreading positive messages at Gilmer County Elementary! 💙🧠

They decorated two bulletin boards to encourage emotional wellness and self-regulation: one highlighting “10 Ways to Beat the Winter Blues” and another reminding students “Don’t Have a Meltdown — Keep Your Cool!”

We love finding fun, engaging ways to help students learn healthy coping skills and support their mental well-being both in and out of the classroom. 😊
