Glenhaven, Inc. Glenhaven, Inc. is a campus made up of Glenhaven Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing, Grand Oaks Assisted Living and Havenwood Assisted Living.

We also have a private hospice suite (made available thanks to Adoray Hospice). Glenhaven, Inc is a nursing home in Glenwood City, WI. There is a 44 resident capacity.

Family friends in the community. The water situation has been handled. All visitors and guests are welcome to come in. The carpet areas in dining room common room in grand Oaks will be off-limits temporary other than that. Everything is back to our day-to-day regular routine thank you for all the support.

Good morning, family and friends and community of our nursing home. We do have a water situation currently it is being handled. Please give our facilities some space so we can do all the cleanup and everything but all of our residents are safe. No need to worry. Have a great day.
