Hey Friends,

My Business, Wild Spruce llc Massage & Wellness Is still searching for someone to help during the summer maybe longer!!

Located in downtown Glenwood Springs above the Italian underground. This cozy studio is looking for a LMT to help during the busy season as well as Specific dates here and there that ill be gone in June throughout October.

Some Details;
-Good pay (Pay based on experience)
-Pay incentives, and good tips
-Looking for someone that has good time management
-Someone that enjoys this work and is open to expanding their skill set
-Proficient in the basic offering of massage on menu
-Brought on as an Independent Contractor
-Looking for someone who gives an exceptional massage!!

Fire cider making workshop is one of wild spruces first!! So excited to connect with my community and collaborate with farmers more!

This class will be held;

Where: Redstone General store in Redstone Co.

Day: September 28th GS
(second class at the cattle creek retreat Oct 12th 4-6)

Time: 4-6pm will be outside so bring warm layers!

Cost: pop in/small jar $25 full 2 hr workshop $45 large jar take away

TONIGHT Special woman's gathering!!

I'll be hosting another Woman's Circle up at my up at the Cattle Creek Retreat.

This is a special on hosting it on Wednesday in special celebration of the summer solstice. So come up gather, mingle, dance, camp, and stay up as late as you want!!

My hope for these gatherings are a place of connection and grounding with other like minded woman.
This is a free event to any woman that would like to join!! Starting at 6 and going until ???. With light snacks and beverages. Feel free to bring something to share!!

Calling all Ladies!!

This is a special Solstice gathering held Wednesday instead of Thursday. Feel free to plan to stay late, dancing shoes on, and to even camp out. There will also be some extra things to make the evening unique compared to the other gatherings. Hoping to just keep building on with all the things that other woman are hoping to get from these events.

has had me on for 3 years now cooking for the backstage crew and bands! I am beyond grateful for the experience to share my culinary skills with people! Brining healthy exciting food to your bellies. Going into the summer season can sometimes be crazy. Fitting in all the things, music, fun, biking, hiking, supping, and more!! As well as self care.... Remember how important it is to take care of yourself through it all! What ever that may mean to you. Yoga? Outside? Grounding? Spa? Hot Springs? or..... Massage??

I offer therapeutic massage daily for my community and the tourists that help us live here. If your looking to make massage more accessible to you feel free to reach out to me!! I also offer a variety of packages some of which you can go in on with friends, or family with some savings.
