Whitney here. If you’ve been to my classes, you know I often invite you to set an intention at the beginning of practice—something to anchor into, return to, and eventually carry with you beyond the mat. But as I sit here typing this, I have to be honest: lately, I’ve been struggling to find clarity around my own intentions.
I am sensing a strange in-between—an almost imperceptible pause in momentum. The outward signs of spring are here: the days are longer, the blossoms bold, the sun more generous. And yet, internally, things feel murky. The shifting of seasons is mirroring a deeper, more collective turbulence—political upheavals near and far, global unrest, and personal crossroad moments that leave us questioning direction.
There’s a spiritual fogginess. A sensation of standing at a threshold with no map. Plans feel unclear. Energy, scattered. It's a time rich with potential and equally saturated with ambiguity. Maybe you feel it too?
If so, this Sunday, I invite you to step out of the haze and into a sacred pause. From 10:30–11:30am, join us for a grounding session of meditation, breath-work, and journaling designed to help you reconnect with your inner compass. Together, we'll gently course correct and re-attune to the deeper wisdom that always resides within, even when the path seems hidden.
Come as you are. Clarity is already on its way.
