Shannon Zelenka was trained in Australia and specializes in manual based physical therapy including massage, joint mobilizations and manipulations with a holistic approach to wellness. In addition to her manual therapy training, she has undergone advanced pilates mat and equipment core training. Her advanced Level 3 Peri-neural trigger point dry needling focuses on alleviating nerve irritation and chronic pain. She has been trained in the management of painful TMJ dysfunctions, utilizing her skills in joint mobilization, stabilization and trigger point dry needling, to reset the movement patterns that cause clicking, catching and locking of the jaw.
