This holiday season, we’re reminded of how important integrated care is. At Mountain Family Health Centers, we strive to provide high-quality, integrated healthcare that supports the whole person—mind and body.

One of the ways we do this is through the close partnership between primary care and behavioral health. Our behavioral health providers work alongside medical teams to ensure patients receive comprehensive, compassionate care in one place.
