👟 Thank you for walking with us!

Our first-ever Two Rivers Trek for Hospice was a wonderful day of community, compassion, and purpose. Together, we walked not only for fun, but to raise critical funds that support hospice and homecare services for families right here in the valley. A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who registered, donated, and cheered us on - and a huge thank you to our volunteers who made this event possible. Because of your support, you helped make this event a success and more patients and families will receive the care, comfort, and dignity they deserve.
