In addition to the redundant reminder to wash your hands regularly, some other general immunity boosting recommendations that you can incorporate include:

I've helped numerous chronic pain patients fully get off opioids. I've seen even more acute pain patients, that after acupuncture never had to go to Western Medicine, since their pain was 100% gone.

The image is of an acupuncture point that you can apply pressure to, for low back pain. Press firmly with your pointer and middle finger of your opposite hand and hold for 5 seconds to a minute, move your low back while applying pressure, most people report a decrease in pain and an increase in range of motion.
