Z-Line Fitness and Rehab Dr. Sarah Asghar PT, DPT, CLT is a licensed physical therapist in the state of Maryland. These training sessions are called PT^2.

Over her 5-year career she is the founder and owner of Z-Line Fitness and Rehab, which is dedicated to help rehabilitate clients post-surgery/injury and/or help transition them to a healthy, active lifestyle. She is a well versed in all orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions as well as being a cancer rehabilitation and lymphedema specialist. Z-Line incorporates both her experience in physical therapy and personal training to aid with patient wellness after therapy is over. Sarah prefers to work hands-on with ample manual skills and educates patients on what benefits them and how the treatment works. She works one-on-one with her physical therapy patients and leads small groups and one-on-one training sessions. It is physical therapy and personal training combined to fulfill client goals with decreased risk of re-injury and prevention of future injuries. She enjoys working with motivated individuals that strive to be the best versions of themselves. Outside of work, Sarah can be found outside hiking, biking, and traveling with her husband and son.

As physical therapists, we’re breaking down heart health in a way that’s practical, empowering, and actually doable — no scary jargon, just real-life tools you can start using immediately.
